NEW Live Engagement Prompt Types

The live engagement campaign now has 4 different prompt types: Modal, Slide in box, Banner, and Inline

Pop up modal

The popup modal is the default prompt type. It displays as an overlay ontop of your website content to display your message to users.

Slide In Box

The slide in box is a less intrusive prompt type to deliver your message to users. By default it is positioned to the bottom right corner of the page but can be positioned to any of the 4 corners of the page.

Positions: Top right, Top left, Bottom right, Bottom left

Banner

The banner is anther prompt type option for displaying announcements, updates, and messages to your audience. By default, it is positioned at the top and spans the width of the page.

Positions: Top, Bottom

Inline

The inline prompt type adds the prompt content to an existing part of your site. Important Note: The prompt type requires you to add a CSS selector so Hum knows where to place it on your site. We recommend creating a placeholder element with a distinct ID or class name.
