Enable Hum’s Service Account appropriate
Access

Create the Hum Service Role

  1. Log in to Ad Manager
  2. Go to Admin→Access & Authorization
  3. Select the Role Tab
  4. Select New Role
  5. Add permissions for
    1. View all orders and line items
    2. View creatives
    3. View ad units, placements, key-values, and labels
    4. View my orders and line items
    5. Edit key-values values
  6. Save

Add the Hum Service Account

  1. In Ad Manager Go to Admin→Global settings
  2. Under General settings, if it is not enabled, enable the “Api Access” toggle and save
    1. If Api Access was already enabled, or you have just enabled it, you wil see a large button  for “Add a service account user”
  3. Click the Add a service account user button
  4. Add account information
    1. Name: Hum Service Account
    2. Email/Confirm Email: clientaccountmanager@dashboard-prod-322112.iam.gserviceaccount.com
    3. Role: Hum Service Role

Save

Provide Hum with your network ID

This ID can be found Under your organization in the top left, or in your url

Once your CSX rep has your ID, Hum will configure the setup to begin pulling your creatives in to Hum and sending your Hum Ad Campaign Key-Values to GAM
