How do I invite users to Hum?
1. Click on Settings in the left navigation
2. Click on INVITE NEW USER
3. Click on Enter Email Addresses…
4. Type in the emails you want to invite. You can invite multiple people at once.
5. Select user role for the people you invite.
You can select either User or Admin.
6. Click on INVITE USERS
7. The users will receive an email from no-reply@mail.hum.works with the subject line: Account Invitation – Hum CDP
If users don’t see the email, make sure to do the following:
- check spam and filtered emails
- Check to make sure the email you invited was spelled correctly
If the invitation email is still not found. Contact support at support@hum.works
Re-invite users to hum
If a user you have previously invited has not accepted their invitation you can re-invite them.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on USERS
3. Click on the user you want to re-invite
4. Click on the REINVITE button
