There are 2 reports for Live Engagement Campaigns to help you track and monitor campaign success: The individual report, and the cross campaign report.
The Individual Report
This report shows the performance for an individual campaign. This can be found on the “Reporting” subtab when viewing any given campaign.
Note: All metrics, visualizations, and tables can be exported by hovering over the element and clicking the “…” more menu
Metrics
- Total Impressions: This is the number of times the campaign was served to a person on your website. This includes unique impressions & repeat impressions.
- Unique Impressions: This is the number of people who the campaign has been served to. This does not count if a person has seen the campaign multiple times.
- Conversions: This is the number of people who either clicked the CTA button or completed the form for the campaign.
- Conversion Rate: This is the percentage of click throughs/form fills from total impressions. This is calculated by dividing the conversions by total impressions.
- Permanently Dismissed: This is the number of people who clicked “Do not show this message again”. This number may show null or 0 if you do not have this set for your campaign.
Campaign Events – Line Graph
This visualization graphs the total impressions, conversions, and permanently dismissed events over time. You can hover over the dates to see how many events occurred on each day.
Please Note that the event names may display as:
- lead-magnet-shown = Impression
- lead-magnet-confirmed = Conversion
Content Profiles with the Highest Conversions
This bar graph shows which pages on your website have the highest number of conversions. This may be the homepage or a popular article.
Variant Performance – Line Graph
If you are running a campaign with variants, you can see over time how well each variant performs.
By default this graph shows you impressions over time by variant. You can change this to show conversions over time by variant by updated the filter left of the graph.
Converted Profiles Table
This table renders all the people who converted on your campaign. You can see their basic demographic fields, The day they converted, and the variant they converted on.
