The Profiles tab will bring up a large list of content profiles. These profiles will default to being sorted by engagement score, but can be sorted by any of the columns by clicking the column heading. The following data can be found in the profile list:
- Title
- The title of the content profile (usually the page title from WordPress)
- Type
- The type of content – i.e. webpage, post, editorial, blog, event, etc.
- Top Keyword
- Engagement Score
- An engagement score determined by an algorithm designed by Hum – the higher the engagement score, the more engaged your audience is with that piece of content.
- The engagement score takes all other metrics into account (weighted) to determine the score. A page with 10 pageviews but no scrolls would most likely have a lower engagement score than a page with 7 pageviews and 5 scrolls.
- Please inquire with your Account Manager if you would like more details about how engagement score is determined.
- An engagement score determined by an algorithm designed by Hum – the higher the engagement score, the more engaged your audience is with that piece of content.
- Date Created
- The date this content profile was created in Hum
- Domain
- The URL where this page can be accessed
Once a content profile is clicked on, you will be taken to a new page where you can see more detailed information about that specific content profile. This information will include:
- All keywords associated
- Performance data: content metrics
- Content Metadata (customizable in settings)
- The top segments engaging with that content
