The Profiles tab will bring up a large list of content profiles. These profiles will default to being sorted by engagement score, but can be sorted by any of the columns by clicking the column heading. The following data can be found in the profile list:

  • Title
    • The title of the content profile (usually the page title from WordPress)
  • Type
    • The type of content – i.e. webpage, post, editorial, blog, event, etc.
  • Top Keyword
    • The #1 keyword for that particular piece of content
    • These keywords can be pulled from WordPress set keywords or from Hum’s Alchemist tool (if contracted to run on your content)
    • NOTE: Each piece of content will have many keywords associated which can be viewed by clicking on the content profile.
  • Engagement Score
    • An engagement score determined by an algorithm designed by Hum – the higher the engagement score, the more engaged your audience is with that piece of content.
      • The engagement score takes all other metrics into account (weighted) to determine the score. A page with 10 pageviews but no scrolls would most likely have a lower engagement score than a page with 7 pageviews and 5 scrolls.
      • Please inquire with your Account Manager if you would like more details about how engagement score is determined.
  • Date Created
    • The date this content profile was created in Hum
  • Domain
    • The URL where this page can be accessed
