Introduction
The Connected Profile Growth report offers insights into the expansion of connected profiles over time. These profiles consist of individuals for whom we have an email address and associated web activity. This report presents a combo line/bar graph displaying total connected profiles and the sources of these connections, such as Form Fills, Live Engagement Campaigns, and Email Clicks. Users can explore detailed tables to identify trends and filter by time and segment, enabling more effective engagement strategies.
Important Note: Only profiles connected after June 27th 2024 will have a connection source.

What is a connected profile?
A connected profile is a profile that we have an email address for & associated web activity. Meaning they are identified and connected to activity on your website.

Connected Profile Categories
We have 3 main categories for connection sources.
Form Fills
These can be any form on your site including: Login/ Sign ups, registrations, contact, and more. They will be listed here by their form id.
Live Engagement Campaign
You can grow your connected profiles by running “Lead Gen” Live Engagement Campaigns that ask for an email address. You can link directly to each campaign when you toggle the “connections by campaign” table.
Email Clicks
The email clicks show the URL from the email that the user clicked.

- Users can toggle through tables to see details such as which forms or campaigns are driving connections and the specific email link URLs.
- How often is the data in the report updated?
- The report is updated in near-real time. At most the report may be 5 minutes behind.
- Can I export the data from this report?
- No, currently you cannot export this report.
- What should I do if I notice discrepancies in the data?
